You will provide 25 data points from previous sessions at CFN from the following categories;
- Benchmark Workouts
- Cardio
- Weightlifting
- Strength
- Gymnastics
This data will then be entered into the calculator which will provide us with an objective measure of your current fitness level. Russ will then use this calculation to write you a program tailored to you to improve your overall fitness and CrossFit open performance!
